About The DREAM
DREAM Complex, Inc. serves inner city youth and millennials in low-income areas, who do not have access to art education programs, after school activities, and access to the variety of artistic resources within their communities. DREAM will soon provide a collaborative workspace for a multitude of artistic resources such as dance, music, film production, fashion design, culinary arts, graphic design and more. Youth and Millennials will have access to our center after school and/or work where they will have the chance to explore or expand their artistic field of choice, creatively collaborate and be able to bring their creative visions to life. We will also provide education on entrepreneurship, business, funding and more. Please donate to make this DREAM a reality.

Our Mission
DREAM Complex’s mission is to create a social movement that inspire our Youth, Millennials and ideally the World, to consciously think outside of their box. By providing artistic resources, knowledge of entrepreneurship and financial literacy, it allows the community to search for their passions, improve their communities and create wealth. By inspiring the natural artist within, providing the resources to explore their artistry, creating a positive and safe environment to express themselves, it will help ignite the World’s entrepreneurial spirits and align them with their lives purpose.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create an establishment where a multitude of artist of all ages can have a facility to gather, brainstorm ideas and create. This gives them the learning opportunity to be artistic entrepreneurs and find creative ways to enhance their communities. We aspire to have a place where artist and every day people create media, products, businesses, programs, charities, and more within our establishment. DREAM Complex will literally change lives when people walk through our doors.
DREAM Team
Meet the
Texas West, Founder & CEO of DREAM Complex. With experience as a filmmaker, director, choreographer and strategist she combined her love for art and entrepreneurship with her passion for serving the Youth. She believes if we provide the youth with artistic resources and help then find a creative outlet they’re passion about, we can change the world. Thus, DREAM Complex was born.
Alexis Avila, The Director of Marketing for DREAM Complex. She is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Overwhelmed with excitement Alexis looks forward to making a difference with the D.R.E.A.M Team and changing the world one city at a time.
Kassy Francis, The Director of Community Outreach for DREAM Complex. She is a multifaceted artist, entrepreneur, and world explorer with many years of experience with community organizations and dance education. Kassy is an enthusiastic part of The DREAM Team, who provides all the knowledge she has gained thus far in order to collectively utilize it as a powerful tool to empower the youth.
Marisela Ibarra is an Intern Executive Assistant for DREAM Complex. Her role includes scheduling, upkeeping important details during meetings, digital marketing videos/graphics and assisting The CEO of DREAM . She has three years of experience in youth development work such as after school programs, coaching youth dance teams, and is currently a creative movement coach for the YMCA’s dance program.
Sandy Renteria is The Social Media Intern for DREAM Complex. She finds different ways in which can help Dream’s social media grow. She also assist to any task or needs that DREAM may need. She is proud to be working with an organization like Dream Complex.
